God of War zit vol verrassingen!
Het is God of War spelers onlangs gelukt om een verborgen puzzel op te lossen. Bezitters van de God of War Stone Mason Edition hadden in eerste instantie niet in de gaten dat de gelimiteerde stoffen wereldkaart, die bij het pakket wordt inbegrepen, een raadsel bevatte. YouTuber BRKsEDU opperde dat de fysieke wereldkaart symbolen bevatte die vertaald moesten worden en deed een oproep via Reddit. Door de symbolen gezamenlijk te vertalen werd een geweldige schat ontdekt.

Door de puzzel op te lossen ontvang je de Legendary Axe Pommel genaamd “The Forbidden Grip of the Ages”. Dit item verhoogd alle stats van Kratos en voegt ook nog eens een vernietigende schokgolf aan zijn R1 combo toe. Het feit dat Santa Monica Studios een zeldzaam in-game item op deze manier verborg is wat ons betreft geweldig en mag zeker vaker gedaan worden. En als we Cory Barlog’s tweet mogen geloven zijn er nog een aantal verrassingen in de game te vinden.
